My goal is really to make you enjoy your trainings, and of course to get better and achieve your goals.
You can reach me 24/7 for questions and feedback and I also organize monthly group trainings or events for my athletes. Think of a cycling workshop, swimming class, trail run, social ride….
The intention is to give you as many tips & tricks as possible to get you to the start as prepared as possible.

About me
Almost three years ago, I had the dream of doing my first half triathlon after recovering from a collarbone fracture. I had run 3 marathons but cycling & swimming were new to me. To achieve this, I started working with my triathlon coach Kurt Lobbestael.
Since then, I’ve completed 7 half triathlons and 3 full triathlons, and my triathlon adventure has become so much bigger than I ever imagined ✨
It’s certainly not always about results for me, but about personal growth and fun. I learn from every race, I have my ups and downs, but most of all I enjoy every experience so much.
And I am convinced that everyone can do the same!
